Ammo & Elemental System
Each weapon class can be loaded with various ammo types that introduce status effects and conditional damage scaling. These effects build over time, scaling based on DPS and enemy resistances.
Ammo Type
Description
Normal
Standard ammunition. Balanced and cost-effective.
Armor Piercing
Bypasses a portion of enemy armor; ideal against cyborgs and machines.
Electric
Applies shock status: paralyzes enemies and disables shields/electronics.
Plasma
Applies ionized status: softens armored surfaces, increasing subsequent damage intake.
Thermal
Applies burn/overheat status: deals damage over time, can trigger AoE explosions.
Cryo
Applies cold/frozen status: slows movement and attack speed; can freeze on build-up.
Statuses occur based on build-up mechanics â repeated elemental damage adds up until a threshold is passed, triggering Minor, Major, or Critical effects.
