Chips & Mods

Customization is at the core of 2Worlds' combat strategy. Weapons and gear can be enhanced using:

🔹 Chips

  • Inserted into equipment and weapons

  • Each chip grants passive stat bonuses or utility abilities

  • Examples:

    • +10% Critical Chance

    • +15% Elemental Resistance

    • Chance to cause Shock/Freeze on hit

🔹 Mods

  • Alter how weapons behave or scale

  • Can be swapped in safe zones or crafting stations

  • Examples:

    • Change fire mode (e.g., from semi to burst)

    • Increase reload speed

    • Add explosive rounds

Both chips and mods come in rarity tiers (Common → Legendary), and can be crafted, looted, or traded as NFTs in the marketplace.
